Hi All you sewers and quilters

It is that time of year , Holidays and cold so we need to get some sewing done. I have enough to keep me busy till next summer, I just can not get started. I have 4 unfinished quilts and oodles of fabric to work with. I need to do 2 or 3 children's quilts and or baby's, its like the old lady in the shoe that she had so many children she did not know what to do! Well enough of this mumbo jumbo and I need to tell you about the SALE at CTWOQ.

Hello.. Hello.. Are we making those beautiful Quilts??

I have been so busy with new projects, mail, etc.. I still have not had a chance to sew. I promised my self starting December when I start teaching my Granddaughter's to sew and quilt, I will work on some of my UFO (unfinished objects) or quilts. When you say UFO it does not make you feel so guilty. 
My daughter is trying to teach me to Link and some other stuff to improve my Blog and traffic to the Web page with information we can all use with our quilting. So I have been collecting information on how to videos on YouTube and Pinterest & Freebie's, (Love Freebie's). You know the old saying practice makes perfect, well this is how it works with my brain (Elderly).

Ladies we have a Google Circles on the Blog, Please join and let's see what we can get moving and started. When we start Linking, you will have to let me know if you are interested in certain things OK? Just in case you should know commenting is Free and CTWOQ does not collect Email address. I also came cross a bunch of recipes , because of the holidays are around the corner. They look so good I want to list some on the Web page and make a few my self.

I think winter is on it's way, because leaves are falling so fast the tree's will be empty in another month. Well we all know what that means, time to sew.. sew.. sew.

I am sorry about not posting sooner, but I use Explorer and I am having trouble with it on Blog. So I tried Chrome and it works. Well let me get down to business and tell you about the sales at CTWOQ.

9/16/13 to 10/16/13 A second time SALE on Kings Road $19.95 for 3 yards. This is very high quality 100% cotton fabric. Kings Road Imports only sells High quality clothing fabric for manufacture's now. So come and get a piece of History, soft, good color, pretty History.

You can really save with the sale going on, and I need to get all the fabric moving out or I will have to close the store soon. I have been trying to sell out for the last 2 years, this is one reason I sell 3 yards at a time. Just click on my Logo and it will take you to EBay and the store.

ANTEBELLUM by P&B Fabrics

   Hello Everyone..

 

I am so sorry about not Blogging in 3 months. I have had a lot of things going on here and hard to keep somethings in perspective.

So I will get a new start here.. How is everyone doing with their sewing and quilting, are you making those beautiful quilts??

I know you can, I have seen some beauties in my day. I have had so much going on's that I have not stitched one stitch on any quilt project. I did help a friend with a hem problem on a skirt.

And I have kept the store going.

 

I have a sale going on with the Kings Road fabric's. Most people do not know that Kings Road does not sell quilting or 100% cotton sewing fabric anymore. They are into clothing fabric only, so the fabric I have left is the last of it's kind. What's good about it is the fabric. It is a well milled cotton, almost polished and soft. I wish they had kept it in their stock and continued to sell. Very good merchandise, even a good price for it's grade.

I know I  promised to list some jewelry, but I have decided to put that on the back burner. I am working on my sewing Book's. I have some on the Ebay store that I am going to move to Amazon. My son brought it to my attention the big difference in prices. So I will join the competition and see what I can sell. I had a ton of hits on my books, but could not understand why no one bought any, until now. I was using the price they are worth, and the quality of the content, but I will have to change my thinking, all these nice new books need homes and not mine.
